Middle School

Our highly academic middle school curriculum enables our students to be well prepared for high school. Graduates are consistently accepted into high school magnet programs and honors classes throughout the county. Students in our advanced math program are able to receive high school credit for coursework taken at First Lutheran. Our language arts curriculum features a strong emphasis on grammar and writing skills preparing students for continued success in high school and into college. Completing our curriculum is instruction in social studies, science, Spanish, religion, computers, and electives.

Student Council

Student leadership skills are enhanced for our middle school students through participation in Student Council. Student Council members are selected annually following an application and interview process with faculty advisors. Our Student Council leaders participate in several fund raising activities, campus projects, servant events, and school wide activities. They are a dedicated, hard working, committed group of young men and women who exemplify what it means to be a First Lutheran student.
